Jubilee's first story was a continuation of the children's book Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes, in which Chrysanthemum grew up, somehow became a fairy, and was crowned queen of the universe!   

As she began to love writing, she also grew to love reading. She discovered the amazing authors J.R.R. Tolkien, Jennifer Nielsen, Andrew Peterson, and Millie Florence.  Unfortunately, she also found a few books that weren't worth reading.  That's why she strives to write stories for teens in which God's light spills through the pages.  

From her home deep in the heart of Texas with her 5 siblings and way too many chickens, she now writes medieval fantasy novellas and is currently working on several short stories.
